| Policy for all cancellations in any circumstances: |

1. Customers have to call 1-877-482-5503 to cancel the service. |
|
2. Within 7 days after the cancellation, customers have to return the phone adapters and other accessories to iTalkBB at customer's own cost. If iTalkBB does not receive return packages within 15 days after cancellation date, a charge of the retail price of iTalkBB equipments (US$59.99/each) will be posted to customers' account. |
|
3. All refunds can not be done before the equipments are well received by iTalkBB. |
|
4. All iTalkBB promotion bonuses do not have cash value. |
|
5. Toll charges** must be paid by customers and it is not refundable. |
|
6. After all charges are paid, if there is a positive balance left in customer's account, the positive balance will be refunded; if there is a negative balance left in the customer's account, the negative balance should be charged to customer's credit card. |

| For cancellations within 30 days after activation date* |

| If total usage of service is less than 500 minutes during trial period, iTalkBB will issue a full refund to customers; if total usage of service is more than 500 minutes during trial period, iTalkBB will collect the first monthly fee and refund all other charges. For annual plans, the first monthly fee is same as the non-annual plans. |

| For cancellations beyond 30 days and within 365 days after activation date* |
| |
| Customers should pay $69.99 early termination fee. No monthly fees or S/H fees will be refunded. For annual plans, no early termination fee is applied, and iTalkBB will refund the balance of unused monthly fee to customers. |

| For cancellations beyond 365 days after activation date* |
| |
| No monthly fees or S/H fees will be refunded to customers. For annual plans, iTalkBB will refund the balance of unused monthly fees to customers. |

| * Activation Date - Activation date begins 7 days after sign-up date or when customers make the first phone calls, whichever comes first. |

| ** Toll Charge - Toll charges apply to long-distance calls to countries/regions that are not on our "free calling" list indicated in iTalkBB service plans. |
